Thanks for an interesting interview! I saw Orleans at the Main Point outside of Philadelphia back in the summer of 1973. They opened for the James Cotton Blues Band. I was impressed! Saw the larger band in '76 at West Chester College and had the opportunity to take some photos courtesy of the light man. He had contact with the band about using the photos but then John went and and left and started the John Hall Band who I saw at Sir Morgan's Cove in Worcester Mass in 1978.? Orleans especially were one of the tightest bands I have ever seen. With Jerry Marotta and Wells Kelly on drums with the rest of the band, they cooked bigtime! I am glad that John Hall did what he could in the House of Representatives. It would be great to see that edition of Orleans live again!
